Notes about these folders

The folders containing these 2 subjects are seperated to make finding and viewing your pictures easier. There could be several folders for the same day/event so look around in other folders to see all of your photos. All of the thumnbails have to be loaded before the larger versions will load - be patient. By seperating the images into several smaller folders this will speed up the loading of each particular folder.

Football

The football pictures displayed on the Gallery pages may have been cropped. If they weren't, you most likely would not be able to recognize who was who in the sample photos. The helmets can hide their faces and the jersey numbers cannot always be seen so it is in the best interest of all that the majority of the image cropping is done before they get uploaded. This takes a considerable amount of time to do but in this case it is worth the trouble.

However many times the photos are not cropped. They are shown full frame but can be cropped and enlarged quite a bit to single out an individual or sometimes even a face. Unless otherwise notified, we will use our judgement to make the photo the best possible.

If you haven't seen the sample photo booklet at the ballgames yet, just ask to see it, it is usually there somewhere. The images look much better printed than on even the highest resolution computer monitor.

Rodeo

Due to the large quantity of pictures, the rodeo pictures have not been cropped but it is necessary in nearly all of them to highlight the action. It can dramtically change the dynamics of the picture. For example: If there is a great shot of a rider making a turn on a pole but they happen to knock it over sometimes the pole can be cropped out.

Below is a (reduced quality) photo example of the difference a little cropping can make. "Mom" was lending a helping hand and was caught by the camera, but in the cropped version, this young rider is doing it all on her own.

There is no additional charge for the cropping, we're just trying to produce the best possible product that we can. A lot of our business comes from satisfied customers recommending us to others.
